Sterling Modular Plan A

The unusually small footprint, low profile and open frame design make it the most acoustically transparent console on the market. The generous amount of rack space, the modular design and ergonomic layout make it the most intelligent console on the market. These groundbreaking design concepts have changed the way mastering and audio furniture is perceived throughout the industry, and they can be found in all of our "Plan Series" consoles and mixer conversions.

Sterling Modular Plan D

Created for studio environments that utilize small format consoles like the Avid (Digidesign) Command 8, 003, Mackie Onyx, 1600 Series and the many other desktop mixers. It is designed with a low rear shelf for the LCD monitors, which reduces the acoustical profile of the overall console and allows the center speaker to fire with less obstruction. Enough space for two 21" monitors. The center lower rack section has been removed to provide more leg room.
The design features that reduce the acoustical footprint are present on this and all of our "Plan Series" consoles and mixer conversions.

Sterling Modular Plan E

This console features an additional eight rack units in the center of the desk. Originally designed as a mastering console, the "Plan E" has found its way into the audio environment with the introduction of rack mountable faders like the Tonelux F rack and the Euphonix MC series (utilizing our optional MC Series rack trays).
As with the "Plan D", there is a low shelf that allows the LCD monitors to be lowered out of the sound field. The low racks in the center section have been removed to allow for more leg room. The design features that reduce the acoustical footprint are present on this and all of our "Plan Series" consoles and mixer conversions.
